This website is operated by WANTEDLLC NEVAEH. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to WANTEDLLC NEVAEH. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

SECTION 1 - AGE REQUIREMENT (STRICT 21+)

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 21 years of age. Our products include Hemp-Infused beverages and Alcoholic "Dirty Teas." It is illegal to sell alcohol or hemp products to individuals under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request valid photo identification upon delivery or at any point during the checkout process to verify your age.

SECTION 2 - HEALTH & FDA DISCLAIMER

The products and statements made about specific products on this site (including Hemp-Infused Teas and Mosquito Butter) have not been evaluated by the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

• Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
• Mosquito Butter: Results may vary. This product uses natural ingredients; please check the ingredient list for potential allergens (e.g., coconut, shea nut) before use.
• Hemp/CBD Products: Consult with a physician before use if you have a serious medical condition or use prescription medications.
  

SECTION 3 - ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION WARNING 

For our "Dirty Tea" line containing alcohol:

• GOVERNMENT WARNING: (1) According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects. (2) Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery, and may cause health problems.
  
• Please drink responsibly. WANTEDLLC NEVAEH is not liable for damages or injuries resulting from the irresponsible consumption of our products.

SECTION 4 - PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 6 - BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• Location: We ship from St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
• Processing Time: Please allow standard processing times for us to brew and bottle your order fresh.
• Alcohol Shipping: Due to state and federal regulations, we may be restricted from shipping alcoholic beverages to certain states or countries. It is your responsibility to know the laws of your jurisdiction regarding the importation of alcohol and hemp products.
  

SECTION 8 - REFUNDS & RETURNS

• Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of our products (beverages), all sales of Tea products are final. We do not accept returns on perishable goods unless they arrive damaged or defective.
• Wellness Products: Returns for "Mosquito Butter" may be accepted within 14 days if the product is unopened and unused.
• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at Kccrawford@wantedllcnevaeh.com with a photo of the damaged product to arrange a replacement or refund.

SECTION 9 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos (including the WANTEDLLC fingerprint logo), images, and product names, is the property of WANTEDLLC NEVAEH and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our brand assets without express written permission.

SECTION 10 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the U.S. Virgin Islands.
